Zvi Slonimsky, Chairman
Zvi Slonimsky is also the Chairman of Teledata, and a board member at Alvarion and Sequans. Until October 2005 he served as CEO of Alvarion, following its establishment in August 2001 as a result of the merger between BreezeCOM (which he joined in May 1999) and Floware. Prior to this period, Zvi served as President and CEO of MTS Ltd. and General Manager of DSP Group, Israel. Zvi has held senior positions in a variety of telecommunication companies in Israel, including C.Mer and Tadiran.
Mr. Slonimsky has B.Sc.E.E. and M.Sc.E.E. degrees from the Technion Israel Institute for Technology and an M.B.A. degree from Tel Aviv University.

Eran Gersht, Managing Director, Poalim Ventures
Eran Gersht, Managing Director of Poalim Ventures since 1997, has extensive experience in venture capital and was instrumental in initiating and implementing all of Poalim Capital Markets's investments in venture capital funds. Eran serves as a board member or observer of several Poalim Ventures portfolio companies. These include Redbend, Discretix, MobileAccess, and Techtium Eran has invested in and served on the boards of directors of PowerDsine (NASDAQ:PDSN) and Cyota, (acquired by RSA for $145 million), two Poalim Ventures investments which resulted in successful exits. Until recently Eran was a member of the Board of the Israel Venture Association (IVA) and was a member of the investment committees of several Israeli venture capital funds, including Yozma and Delta Ventures. Eran holds an MBA in finance and accounting and a BA in economics, both from Tel Aviv University.

Rami Kalish, Managing General Partner, Pitango Venture Capital
Rami Kalish has extensive experience in venture capital and international management in the high-tech environment. Mr. Kalish has been active in the field of venture capital since 1992, and has served as Managing General Partner since that time. Prior to founding Pitango (originally under the name Polaris), Mr. Kalish garnered rich managerial experience at high-technology firms in the U.S., Europe and Israel. He previously held sales and marketing positions at IBM and senior executive roles at Orbotech (NASDAQ:ORBK), a leading manufacturer of capital equipment for the PCB and semiconductor industries.
Mr. Kalish earned a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Information Science from the Technion-Institute of Technology.

Ezer Soref, Managing Director, Giza Venture Capital
Ezer Soref joined Giza in 1993. He is active in deal sourcing, due diligence and deal execution and oversees the finances and administration of Giza's funds. His sector of expertise is in Communications, specifically in semiconductors, telecom access systems and cable TV related systems. Prior to joining Giza, Mr. Soref worked in the corporate research department of the Franklin Mint Corporation in Philadelphia and developed software applications for database marketing.
Mr. Soref holds an MA in Economics and BA in Management and Economics, both magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University.

Avi Fisher, CTO, Surf Communication Solutions
Avi Fisher co-founded Surf in 1996. Since then, he has held the roles of CTO, VP R&D and VP Marketing of Surf and is a member of the current Board of Directors. In his role at Surf today, Avi is in charge of defining Surf's current and future product lines, and managing the professional services group. Before founding Surf, Avi founded and managed A. F. Systems, a consultancy firm that provided development services to companies such as Comverse and SmartLink. Before entering the business world, Avi worked for six years in cutting-edge technologies, earning him the Israel Defense Award. Avi's expertise is in Digital Signal Processing, Embedded Software and System Architecture. He issued several patent requests, and was the first contributor to the ITU V.150 standard for the relay of modem signals over the IP.
Mr. Fisher holds a BSc (with exceptional honors) and an MSc from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
