Job Title: Product Manager - Marketing Department


Job Location: Yokne’am, Israel

Job Description:
  • Take Surf’s new product line to market.
  • Analyze and design product features and roadmap based on customers’ needs.
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral, product demonstration kit and marketing campaigns to promote the product.
  • Manage the product development cycle.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Prepare competitive analyses.
Job Requirements:
  • Five (5) years experience as a product manager
  • Experience working with an R&D team
  • Proven experience in writing MRDs and PRDs
  • Strong R&D background (preferred)
  • Experience with complex system-level products
  • Good understanding of mobile MNO MSC
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills

Job Title: Software Engineer for the DSP Group


Job Location: Yokne’am, Israel

Job Requirements:
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or in Computer Engineering from a recognized institution of higher learning
  • At least two years of proven experience developing real time solutions
  • Proven experience in writing in the C language (required)
  • Experience writing code for TI C64xx processors (an advantage)
  • Experience developing embedded systems
  • Quick learner and a willingness for devotion to the task
  • Good interpersonal relations

Job Title: Post-Sales Engineer - Customer Care Group


Job Location: Yokne'am, Israel

Job Description: Requires a highly experienced technical support engineer with sufficient knowledge to support inquiries from customers regarding company products, both from the office and on site. The Post-Sales Engineer assumes full responsibility for all phases of post-sale activity, which starts with receipt of order (P.O.), including technical propagation of requirements to R&D, training, customer support during trials, provision of technical assistance, etc.

Job Requirements:
  • B.Sc. degree in Software / Computer Engineering
  • Strong technical/communications background (knowledge of communication protocols and standards – an advantage)
  • 3-5 years experience in R&D, in a RT/DSP environment at a telecom company
  • Experience in pre-sales and post-sales activities (e.g., systems integration)
  • Presentation skills (both technical and communication)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
Travel: The position requires extensive travel (~1 week per month, on an 'as needed' basis)

Job Title: Project Leader for the Customer Care Group


Job Location: Yokne’am, Israel

Job Description: Requires a highly experienced technical support engineer with extensive knowledge in the telecom infrastructure field. Answering telephone support "hotline" and written or intent-based inquiries from customers regarding company products. Analyzes problems with non-functioning hardware or software products to identify problems and take corrective action. Responsible for customer relations and technical propagation of requirements to R&D.

Job Requirements:
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or in Computer Engineering
  • Strong technical/communication background (knowledge of communication protocols and standards – an advantage)
  • English - Fluent (spoken and written)
  • 3 years experience in design and C programming in a RT/DSP environment
  • Experience in pre-sale and post-sale activities (such as: systems integration)
  • Presentation skills (both technical and communication skills)
  • The job requires traveling abroad a week per month
Reports to: Customer Care Manager
