Inside Sales Manager

 

Job description

The inside sales manager focuses on generating qualified leads. The inside sales manager identifies potential customers in existing and new market segments, according to the marketing & sales guidance. Such customers are in turn analyzed to assess their business potential and need. Targeted personnel within the organization is identified and approached. Using email/phone/webex SURF’s offering is presented, and the potential business and deal-likelihood are evaluated. Qualified customers are referred to the sales team, followed by a brief about the company, its business, products, personnel and activity so far.

The inside sales manager reports to the VP of Sales. The job does not require any travel abroad.


Requirements
 

  • At least 3-years experience in international customer-facing activities – sales, pre-sales
  • At least 3-years experience in communication / networking markets
  • Familiarity with technologies - VoIP, Video, Mobile, Broadband
  • Perfect written and verbal English, additional languages – major advantage



Marcom Manager
 

Job description

The Marcom manager is fully in charge of SURF's Marcom activities. The Marcom manager invokes activities which strengthen SURF's position in the relevant markets; prioritizes such activities according to estimated effect and budgets; implements the Marcom activities; and measures the continuous improvement in the company's position. The Marcom manager is therefore in charge of planning, content creation, and implementation of the Marcom strategy.

The Marcom manager reports to the VP of Marketing.


The position is open for candidates in Israel and N.America.

Requirements
 

  • At least 5-years experience in Marcom
  • Experience in content generation and Marcom implementation
  • Experience in communication / networking markets
  • Perfect written English


 
Director of Business Development
 

Job description

SURF's Director of Business Development is in charge of developing strategic accounts in new market domains. The Dir. BD is expected to identify and qualify such accounts; to strategize the approach and values to these market players; to manage the relations from initial approach to procurement; to define the offering, values and business model; and to drive the company's internal resources required to close such deals. Typical strategic customers are the large networking and application vendors in the mobile, web and TV spaces.

The Director of Business Development reports to the VP of Marketing.


Requirements
 

  • At least 5-years experience in pre-sales or business-development
  • Successful experience in managing strategic accounts, preferably in N.America
  • Experience in communication / networking markets, preferably in video-oriented segments
  • Excellent business analysis capabilities
  • Perfect spoken and written English
