International Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day sales execution
- Compile general market data and trends
- Make executive calls to customers and develop high level relationships
- Maintain constant contact with executives from channel partners, and keep excellent business relationships
- Drive sales to achieve revenue goals
- Prepare annual sales plans and quarterly reviews
- Take corrective action on performance issues
Position Requirements:
- At least 5 year's experience managing direct sales and partner sales in the telecom, mobile, broadcast, media industries for leading vendors
- Minimum 10 years field sales experience
- Excellent local market understanding and established business relationships
- Ability to create and to deliver strategic plans
- Excellent presentation skills
- Relevant education should me applied i.e. electronic, business management etc.
- Languages: Hebrew & English, additional languages will be an advantage

Pre-sales Manager
Job Description:
Day-to-day interaction with customers and Surf sales and/or service representatives to provide a variety of pre-sales support functions, including:
- Understanding and documenting the prospective customer’s system architecture and proposed designs
- Support for product demonstrations and presentations at trade shows and conferences
- Assisting direct sales, channel sales, and business development efforts to bring in new accounts
- Technical support for OEMs, channel partners, field applications engineers, and customer applications
- Description, and documentation of customer system configurations and requirements
- Develop and maintain close relations with customers
- Define and specify the project scope for new and existing customers
Position Requirements:
- B.A/B.Sc./EE in computer science or Electrical engineering
- Profound understanding of VoIP
- Understanding of video and video communication – advantage
- Knowledge and experience in embedded systems
- Good understanding of the telecom industry, IP and access technologies
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Strong technical background and capabilities
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and exercise professional judgment to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
- Capable of seeing the “big picture”
- Excellent presentation and inter-personal communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently (one week a month)
