Ehud (Udi) Shani, President & CEO
Ehud (Udi) Shani joined SURF as President & CEO in 2010. Prior to SURF, Mr. Shani spent 11 years at Optibase (NASDAQ: OBAS) beginning in 1999 as Regional Sales Manager and in 2001 as AVP of European Sales. In 2002, Ehud relocated to North America where he founded and managed Optibase Americas IPTV business unit and in 2005 Mr. Shani returned to Israel and was appointed Executive Vice President International Sales and later served as deputy CEO. Prior to joining Optibase, Mr. Shani served as Sales and Marketing Manager at Eden Telecom Ltd. and as Sales Manager at Muller Co.(Mitsubishi Heavy Industry rep). In 1997, Ehud was one of the founders of Easy Steps – the company was later sold to ECB. Ehud served as a board member for Skilya.
Ehud Shani holds an MBA from Manchester University and a B.A. in Business Administration from the Israeli College of Management.

Avi Fisher, CTO and VP R&D
Avi Fisher co-founded SURF in 1996. Since then, he held the roles of CTO, VP R&D and VP Marketing of SURF and is a member of the current Board of Directors. In his role at SURF today, Avi is in charge of defining SURF's current and future product lines. Before founding SURF, Avi founded and managed A. F. Systems, a consultancy firm that provided development services to companies such as Comverse and SmartLink. Before entering the business world, Avi worked for six years in cutting-edge technologies, earning him the Israel Defense Award. Avi's expertise is in Digital Signal Processing, Embedded Software and System Architecture. He issued several patent requests, and was the first contributor to the ITU V.150 standard for the relay of modem signals over the IP.
Avi Fisher holds a BSc (with exceptional honors) and an MSc from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. |

Lior Giladi, CFO
Lior Giladi joined SURF in mid-2007. Prior to joining SURF, Lior served as Finance Director and Corporate Controller at Sapiens International group, a public company that provides software solutions to the insurance industry. Beforehand, Lior held the position of Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the world’s largest professional services firm, providing industry-focused services in the fields of assurance, tax, human resources, transactions, performance improvement and crisis management.
Lior Giladi was admitted to the Israeli Board of Accountants and Israeli Institute of Accountants in 1997, and received a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University in 1998. |

Michael Peretz, VP International Sales & Services
Michael Peretz joined SURF in 2010 following 5 years as Director of Asia/Pacific and Worldwide System Integration at Scopus Video Networks (NASDAQ:SCOP) which was acquired by Harmonic (NASDAQ:HLIT) . Prior to Scopus, Michael was Managing Director Asia/Pacific for Precise Software Solutions (NASDAQ:PRES).

Doron Meirom, President & VP of Sales - SURF Communication Solutions Inc.
Doron is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur and innovator. Prior to coming to SURF he served as president and senior executive at a variety of technology companies including; EasyRun, Crescendo Networks, Advent/MicroEdge Software (ADVS), Radware (Nasdaq:RDWR), Fibronics Data Communication, and Digital Equipment Corporation. He has extensive experience in US & International sales, marketing and business development organizations, for both public and private domestic & international technology companies. Doron is a key player in advanced technology startup companies building their success in the market place. Doron has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Air force Academy of Technology.
